Broadcom has announced the impending retirement of its current VCSP Program and White Label model, including its partner tiering structure, on October 31, 2025.
Beginning November 1, 2025, Broadcom will launch its new Partner Advantage Program. The future program prioritizes close collaboration with a dedicated small group of invitation-only partners who have demonstrated proven success in delivering VMware solutions to the market.
RapidScale is proud to have been invited to partner with Broadcom as an authorized VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) under the new Broadcom Partner Advantage Program.

What’s Changing?
- With this move, Broadcom will significantly reduce its partner agreements in the Americas, ensuring that licensing is funneled exclusively through and managed by a targeted group of strategic partners.
- Existing VCSP and White Label partners that have not received an invitation to the new program may continue to transact through October 31, 2025, after which they will be restricted to servicing existing VCSP commitment contracts through the remainder of those contracts’ terms, with no renewals or net new contracts to be accepted.
How Might These Changes Impact You?
- As a VMware customer, if your existing license provider for VCF has not been invited to participate in the Broadcom Partner Advantage Program (VCSP), you will need the assistance of a new authorized Partner Advantage Program partner to process any license renewals or add-ons after October 31, 2025. Your service and costs may be disrupted or increased. If you are an existing RapidScale customer, you can expect to continue service uninterrupted and supported by a provider you know and trust.
- As a VMware partner who has not been invited to participate in the new Broadcom Partner Advantage Program, you are encouraged to work with an authorized VCSP like RapidScale to transition customers seeking to renew service at the end of their term.
